Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our Ready to Ship Collection is fulfilled from within the United States and typically arrives within 5–7 business days.
Some exclusive styles are sourced through our international fulfillment partners and generally arrive within 14–15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items within the same order may ship separately from different fulfillment locations.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and hygiene liners intact.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We are pleased to offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Please contact our Client Care team at info@elbiswimwear.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide detailed instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after your return has been received and inspected.

How do I choose the correct size?
We recommend reviewing our Size & Fit Guide before placing your order. If you are between sizes, our Client Care team is happy to assist with personalized sizing recommendations.
What if I am between sizes?
For a more supportive fit, we generally recommend sizing up. For personalized guidance, please contact us before placing your order.
