At ELBI Swimwear, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience from the moment you discover our collections to the day your order arrives. If your selection is not quite right, our Client Care team is here to assist.
Returns
We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be returned in its original condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags attached
- Hygiene liners intact
- Free from fragrances, makeup, lotions, or signs of wear
- Accompanied by original packaging whenever possible
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer exchanges for an alternate size or style, subject to availability. Our team will make every effort to help you find your perfect fit.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
- Worn, washed, or altered merchandise
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and approved by our Client Care team, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and posting by your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@elbiswimwear.com. We will resolve the matter promptly and with the attention it deserves.
